Our three millstones come from the Ferté-Sous-Jouarre millstone company, France's leading manufacturer. Our first grinding wheel is monolithic, cut directly into the flint rock, which makes it extremely durable and enables powerful initial grinding

Exceptional flour
The millstones of Moulin Hoche propel the wheat grain: the mineral-rich germ is preserved in the flour, giving the finished product a high quality taste and nutritional value.
This flour goes very well with sourdoughs and long fermentations.
All year round, we mill regional wheat, from the Nord de France, Plaine de la Beauce and Seine et Marne regions, from sustainable and organic farming, of the highest milling quality.
