NOS RÉALISATIONS

Découvrez nos différentes farines produites à partir de blés locaux avec passion

On the banks of the Ourcq, in the heart of the Rozet Saint Albin marshes, lies the Moulin Hoche. Since 1921, this family business has produced professional flours for artisan bakers and pastry chefs. While the poplars dance in the Picardy wind, the flint millstones rub against each other to produce exceptional flour

Millstones B1 B2 B3

Our three millstones come from the Ferté-Sous-Jouarre millstone company, France's leading manufacturer. Our first grinding wheel is monolithic, cut directly into the flint rock, which makes it extremely durable and enables powerful initial grinding

Slow grinding
Exceptional flour

The millstones of Moulin Hoche propel the wheat grain: the mineral-rich germ is preserved in the flour, giving the finished product a high quality taste and nutritional value.

This flour goes very well with sourdoughs and long fermentations.

All year round, we mill regional wheat, from the Nord de France, Plaine de la Beauce and Seine et Marne regions, from sustainable and organic farming, of the highest milling quality.
